File Submission Guidelines

PRE-PRESS GUIDELINES

Make this experience as effortless as possible by taking a few minutes to make sure that your files meet our guidelines.Customers using a third party designer should be sure these files submission guidelines are followed.

OVERALL SIZE & BLEED

All files must be set up to the correct final size.Include crop marks in your final file submission.All copy should be a minimum of 1/4" margin from the final trim size.If your piece bleeds, please include an 1/8 inch margin in your artwork.

ACCEPTED FILE FORMATS

PDF format is highly recommended (saved as Press Quality) include crops and bleed margins.We also accept .ai and .eps files from Photoshop & Illustrator.If submitting .jpg or png files for logos, ensure they are high quality. All images should be between 250dpi - 300dpi.Before submitting Microsoft Word/Excel files, please convert to PDF. (Due to formatting during conversion to PDF please review your file carefully before submission.)

FONTS & COLOR PROFILES

All fonts must be embedded or included when file is submitted.Files must be formatted with the correct color profile.All black printing files should be formatted and submitted in BLACK ONLY.For 2-4 color printing, files should include PANTONE PMS colors.For Full Color Digital or 4 color offset printing, files should be submitted in CMYK.
